Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time Due to the custom-made nature of most of our products, processing times cannot be guaranteed. Generally, it takes 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. If we experience a high volume of orders or a shortage of certain materials, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We use a variety of shipping carriers, including Australia Post, and we may choose different carriers for different products. At checkout, you will have access to a shipping cost calculator and/or fixed price shipping options. It is important to note that the shipping calculator's name may not match the carrier used for the actual delivery. We may choose any carrier for delivery as we see fit. As we ship our product internationally, delivery times can vary significantly depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Generally, after your order is dispatched, it takes between 2-10 business days to arrive within Australia and 6-28 business days for international deliveries.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s) if tracking is available with your selected shipping option. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. Please be aware that some items of lower value may also offer the option to be shipped without tracking. If available, this option will be specified during the checkout process.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. Any charges incurred during or after shipping, including tariffs, VAT, and import duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. Our postal service and courier do not offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Instead, we only operate under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon arrival, based on their local customs regulations.
Damages If the order you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@artysnstudio.com. We are committed to resolving any issues that arise from our end but reserve the right to refuse responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping that are not within our control.
