Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for defective or damaged items, as well as new, unused items that were mistakenly shipped, or if applicable to your region,

you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law and Australian Consumer Guarantees.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately. If there’s any damage, defect, or error, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or refund, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All claims must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us at info@artysnstudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for return
  • A photo supporting your claim

Exceptions

Please note:

Custom-made, commissioned, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund, except where faulty or misrepresented, in accordance with EU consumer law and Australian Consumer Guarantees.

Limited Edition and Final sale items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

Many of our products are unique, small-batch, limited availability or made-to-order, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the returns shipping costs, including those related to EU cooling-off claims and change-of-mind returns.

Free return shipping is available for approved claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Artysn Studio will reimburse return shipping upon receipt of valid proof of payment.

Free Return Shipping Conditions
Returns must be pre-approved. Items returned without prior approval or using unapproved shipping methods may not be accepted.

Reimbursement is processed after receiving valid receipts and payment details. We do not cover shipping costs upfront.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed:

We’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@artysnstudio.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return or refund, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order after completing the return process.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including Consumer Guarantees. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for faulty goods, as required by law.

European Union Consumer Law

This policy does not override your rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for eligible purchases.
