Your Order
When will by order be dispatched?
Standard, non-custom orders are made and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Custom orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of completion. Please keep an eye on your emails for updates regarding your custom order.
When will I get my order?
We use Australia Post to ship orders. You can click here to reference their standard delivery times. Please note that in busy holiday periods, delivery times may be extended.

How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you cannot find this email, feel free to reach out to us and we can provide you with your order's tracking number.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
While we aim to pack our orders as securely as possible, we understand that damage can occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the package as well as the damaged contents. We will then arrange a replacement or alternative solution.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We accept returns for defective or damaged items, as well as new, unused items that were mistakenly shipped, or if applicable to your region, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law and Australian Consumer Guarantees.
Refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged and you do not wish to receive a replacement.

How should I display my print?
For longevity and best results, we recommend framing your artwork to ensure that the artwork is not exposed to moisture in the air or other elements. We also recommend keeping the artwork out of direct sunlight and to minimise changes in humidity and temperature. This will all ensure that the ink stays vibrant and that the paper doesn't warp.
How do I display my LayaBoard?
When you receive your LayaBoard, please remove the plastic shrinkwrap and read the leaflet included with your board.
Each board comes with a plastic bracket on the back for hanging on a screw or hook on your wall.
You can also display the board on your desk or shelf by slotting the acrylic insert into the horizontal slots at the bottom of the board.
How do I commission something custom?
We offer a variety of products that you can fully customise.
You can commission a fully-custom illustration on any paper size using our Custom Artwork Commission Form. Simply write down your idea, attach a reference image, and select your desired size.
You can also commission Custom Artist Trading Cards or a Custom Halo Comic Cover Sketch using our fully set-up listings.

What's the turnaround time for a custom artwork?
Turnaround times depend on the size and complexity of the artwork. A4 artworks have a standard turnaround time of 2 weeks. A3 artworks have a standard turnaround time of 3-4 weeks. If you need your artwork sooner, please let us know and we can try our best to accommodate.
